Observation

At the time of the site visit there was a metal bracket that goes on the back of a picture frame with small screws sitting on a piece of cardboard on the playground. At the time of the site visit there was a loose cord on the living room floor. There are two HVAC units that are not enclosed and accessible to the children. There is a weed hound tool with sharp edges accessible to the children on the playground. There are two-pointed metal tip tooth tools in an open cup in the bathroom to the right upon entrance.
